The Northwest: The provinces of Salta Jujuy Tucuman

The Northwestern area of the country is, mostly, a mountainous region with spectacular landscapes and pictouresque villages. On the west an elevated plateau, in its central part the gorges (Humahuaca Gorge) and to the east the typical hills leading to the plain. Contrast of the snow in the highest peaks, and the red, violet and green colours of the rock.

The Northeast:The Province of Misiones and Corrientes

The waterfalls in Iguazu :The Iguazu Falls make up a semicircle of aproximately 2700 metres consisting of 275 falls. The park lodges more than 400 species of birds, about 2000 vegetal species and an immearuable world of insects making of this ecosystem one of the richest natural environments of the country.

The Wetlands of Esteros del Ibera: The Esteros de Ibera offers a marvelous experience, Swampy lands and 60 ponds of Ibera, the ecosystems that make them up are, without doubt, one of the richest biological areas of Argentina and the one that gives birth to a remarkable diversity of animal and vegetal species.

The West: Provinces of La Rioja, San Juan and Mendoza

The National Parks of Talampaya and Ischigualasto-
Ischigualasto and Talampaya are next to each other and both of them deserve at least a 2 day visit. Both of them are paleontologic and archaeological deposits. Fossils of vertebrates, footprints and rests of dinosaurs, ferns and pretrified trunks are only examples of what these two places can show the visitors.

The land of the good wine: Mendoza Mendoza offers not only beautiful cities and wonderful landscape but also adventure activities everywhere. It is a viticulturist zone per excellence. It has numerous wineries for the production of fine wines of the highest quality that are exported to the whole world. Its proximity to the Andean mountain range turns this city into an unbeatable destination for the adventure tourism.

The Lake district: Provinces of Neuquen and Chubut

Bariloche, San Martin and Villa la Angostura: Mountainous region, natural lakes, and National Parks such as the Nahuel Huapi, Los Arrayanes, Los Alerces, and more. The Peninsula Valdes: Province of Chubut
