Dear Isabel,
What a wonderful trip we had, thanks in large part to you! We enjoyed our sightseeing in Uruguay, and Buenos Aires was lots of fun. All our hotels were good, but we especially liked the ones YOU recommended The people there were so nice and helpful.
The jazz show you found for us was great! Jim was tired and grumpy and didn't want to go, but once he got there he thoroughly enjoyed himself, as did I. People gathered around, including the other musicians, and afterwards Jim and the other pianist had fun talking.

Isabel arranged our flights within Argentina. We booked months ago and LAN changed flight times and numbers several times. My daughter and son-in-law traveled with us but booked using air miles. Isabel made certain my wife and I remained on the same flights during all the juggling of schedules and arranged our seats next to theirs. While we were in Salta and again in Iguazu, she phoned to make certain we had arrived safely and to update us about our return flights. When I told her I had checked rates on line for our hotel in Iguazu she was forthright about telling us to book online.that the rates we found were far better than she could arrange for us. Isabel arranged for us to attend some shows, highlights of our trip and venues I had never attended.She gets an A+, and I am a tough grader. I recommend her without hesitation or reservation! Oh, and the prices she found on LAN were the same as on the web site....with the added advantage of very personalized service.

Thank you so much for planning a great trip for us. It was fabulous. Everything you planned for us worked out perfectly. Our guides Jorge, Buby and Mark(at Iguazu) were excellent. Please let them know how much we appreciate their work. We did so much and saw so much is just a few days it was really overwhelming in a good way. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of Austral airlines which was as good or better than our US airlines. The Falls were great although it rained. Cafayate and the valley were beautiful with spectacular scenery along the way. the Estanca in Salta was a very unique and wonderful place. Buenos Aires is an exciting and very cosmopolitan city. I am sorry we did not get to see you again when we were in Buenos Aires as we wanted to thank you in person. Also thank you for your help with our lost luggage, you did a great job and we really are in debt with you. Please feel free to use us as a reference if you ever need one for your business.
